2、鋁板搬運(yùn):搬運(yùn)板材應(yīng)將板的四邊同時(shí)抬起,嚴(yán)禁推拉、抽取,以免刮傷板面。

2. Aluminum plate handling: When handling the plate, the four sides of the plate should be lifted simultaneously, and it is strictly prohibited to push, pull, or extract to avoid scratching the plate surface.

3、鋁板開槽:用開槽機(jī)或鑼機(jī)開槽時(shí),應(yīng)使用半圓頭式大于90度的銑刀.下刀既不要過深傷及鋁板,也不要過淺使折邊困難,應(yīng)留有0.2-0.3MM厚塑料芯材連同鋁板一起彎邊,以增加強(qiáng)度和韌性,否則在彎邊時(shí)鋁板可能斷裂或漆膜爆裂。

3. Aluminum plate slotting: When using a slotting machine or gong machine for slotting, a milling cutter with a semicircular head greater than 90 degrees should be used. The lower cutter should not be too deep to damage the aluminum plate, nor too shallow to make it difficult to fold. A plastic core material with a thickness of 0.2-0.3MM should be left to bend along with the aluminum plate to increase strength and toughness, otherwise the aluminum plate may break or the paint film may burst during the bending process.

4、鋁板彎邊:彎邊時(shí)需用力均勻,一次成型,不要反復(fù)彎折,否則鋁板可能斷裂。

5、鋁板弧形加工:加工弧形應(yīng)使用專用彎曲設(shè)備加工,徐徐用力,使板材逐步達(dá)到所需的曲面.切勿一次彎曲成型。

5. Aluminum plate arc processing: Special bending equipment should be used to process the arc, and gradual force should be applied to gradually achieve the required surface of the plate. Do not bend it into shape at once.

6、鋁板批次:同一型號(hào)而不同批次的板材可能存在色差,出售和使用不同批次板材時(shí)應(yīng)增加比對色差之程序，我們公司主要經(jīng)營合金鋁板、鋁花紋板等，無視覺色差時(shí)方可在同一平面使用。

6. Aluminum plate batch: Different batches of plates of the same model may have color differences. When selling and using different batches of plates, a color difference comparison program should be added. Our company mainly operates alloy aluminum plates, aluminum patterned plates, etc. Only when there is no visual color difference can we use them on the same plane.

7、鋁板安裝方向:將同色鋁板安裝在同一平面時(shí),流程方向應(yīng)一致,否則可能造視覺色差。

7. Installation direction of aluminum plate: When installing the same color aluminum plate on the same plane, the process direction should be consistent, otherwise it may cause visual color difference.

8、鋁板撕膜:應(yīng)在鋁板安裝后的45天內(nèi)撕去保護(hù)膜,否則可能發(fā)生撕膜困難或移膠現(xiàn)象。

8. Aluminum plate film tearing: The protective film should be removed within 45 days after the installation of the aluminum plate, otherwise difficulties in film tearing or adhesive removal may occur.

9、鋁板使用條件:內(nèi)墻板應(yīng)在室內(nèi)使用,不宜安裝在室外,以保證使用效果和使用年限。

9. Aluminum panel usage conditions: The inner wall panel should be used indoors and should not be installed outdoors to ensure its effectiveness and lifespan.
