一、軋制油配比
1、 Rolling oil ratio
鋁冷軋軋制油由基礎油添加I%一10%添加劑混合組成。基礎油與添加劑要求有較好的相容性，在使用中不易生成油泥而降低潤滑冷卻效果和使用安全性。結合實際生產情況，目前我公司采用MOA-100基礎油與WYROL12添加劑，添加劑含量控制在6.8%-7.3%,粘度2. 5cSt -2.6cSt，污染度3級以內，餾程230℃一280℃，殘餾3%以內。

軋制油使用中要避免設備潤滑油、液壓油等重油混進軋制油里，造成粘度增高，除油困難。如已經混人過多重油并經分析化驗軋制油粘度過高時應及時更新軋制油。

If too much heavy oil has been mixed and the viscosity of rolling oil is too high through analysis and test, the rolling oil shall be updated in time.
二、軋制油過濾

冷軋時軋件與軋輥摩擦，不斷磨下細鋁粉，使軋制油循環系統的鋁粉含量愈來愈多，軋制油的潤滑性能隨之降低，鋁粉又易粘在板帶表面上，惡化了板帶表面質量。為了延長軋制油使用期限和提高板材表面質量，在加工過程中對軋制油必須進行過濾。

目前主要使用板式過濾器，把過濾介質硅藻土、活性白土和軋制油混合后，予涂在過濾紙上，過濾器有二垛，每垛過濾紙為10層。由容積過濾介質和多層過濾紙形成容積過濾裝置，臟軋制油通過它達到精過濾的要求。板式過濾器工作壓力達到3喃/c擴時必須重新更換過濾紙。板式過濾器過濾精度達0.55m，過濾能力32001/min.

為了保證過濾效果，硅藻土與活性白土的比例一般為2:1，在過濾過程中，通過混合箱不斷向臟軋制油中均勻加人過濾介質，以穩定過濾效果和延長過濾周期。
