拉絲工藝是一種新型的鋁板表面處理工藝，主要以鋁材、鋁板為基材，采用拉絲輪、拉絲砂帶或尼龍環(huán)帶對(duì)表面進(jìn)行拉出所需的紋理，拉絲工藝經(jīng)過壓型、滾涂等多種化學(xué)處理而成，具有表面色澤光亮、均勻、時(shí)尚感強(qiáng)，給人以強(qiáng)烈的視覺沖擊的特點(diǎn)。拉絲處理是要在沖壓之后再做的，拉絲可根據(jù)裝飾需要，制成直紋、亂紋、螺紋、波紋和旋紋等幾種。

直紋拉絲是指在鋁板表面用機(jī)械磨擦的方法加工出直線紋路。它具有刷除鋁板表面劃痕和裝飾鋁板表面的雙重作用。直紋拉絲有連續(xù)絲紋和斷續(xù)絲紋兩種。連續(xù)絲紋可用百潔布或不銹鋼刷通過對(duì)鋁板表面進(jìn)行連續(xù)水平直線磨擦（如在有靠現(xiàn)裝置的條件下手工技磨或用刨床夾住鋼絲刷在鋁板上磨刷）獲取。改變不銹鋼刷的鋼絲直徑，可獲得不同粗細(xì)的紋路。斷續(xù)絲紋一般在刷光機(jī)或擦紋機(jī)上加工制得。制取原理：采用兩組同向旋轉(zhuǎn)的差動(dòng)輪，上組為快速旋轉(zhuǎn)的磨輥，下組為慢速轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)的膠輥，鋁或鋁合金板從兩組輥輪中經(jīng)過，被刷出細(xì)膩的斷續(xù)直紋。

亂紋拉絲是在高速運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)的銅絲刷下，使鋁板前后左右移動(dòng)磨擦所獲得的一種無規(guī)則、無明顯紋路的亞光絲紋。這種加工，對(duì)鋁或鋁合金板的表面要求較高。
