鋁板外表劃傷能處理，簡(jiǎn)略的說有物理和化學(xué)兩種辦法：物理辦法便是機(jī)械打磨，詳細(xì)有噴砂，拉絲等，一般對(duì)于較深的劃痕選用這種辦法。化學(xué)辦法一般選用化學(xué)試劑來拋光，簡(jiǎn)略的講便是選用化學(xué)試劑將鋁材外表腐蝕掉一層，劃痕處由于有銳邊，腐蝕速度快，較輕的劃痕在化學(xué)拋光后能完全消除，化學(xué)拋光的材料外表光亮，好看。一般兩種方法配合起來用，鋁材外表能到達(dá)很好的裝飾效果。

1、鋁板模具上的工作帶需要打磨光滑，擠壓模具的空刀是否足夠，表面是否光滑。
