鋁卷在冷軋制過程中，因軋輥與鋁板表面摩擦和碾壓，其表面會產生細微的氧化鋁粉脫落和吸附，軋制油及其附帶懸浮成分會殘留在鋁卷表面，對鋁卷復合、涂裝等成品加工造成不利影響。
