鋁平板、鋁卷板的性能與用處
　　Performance and Application of Aluminum Plate and Aluminum Coil鋁板，是指用鋁材或鋁合金資料制成的板型資料?；蛘哒f是由扁鋁胚經(jīng)加熱、軋延及拉直或固溶時效熱等過程制造而成的板型鋁制品。

　　建筑上運用的鋁板包括單層鋁板、復(fù)合鋁板等多種資料，普通常常指單層鋁板（也有叫單鋁板或純鋁板），多用于建筑裝飾工程中，近年來在鋁板幕墻中單層鋁板運用的較為多見。鋁板幕墻也是幕墻的一種方式，簡單地說是用鋁板替代玻璃制成幕墻，鋁板幕墻多用于作墻體蔽護(hù)和不采光的墻壁。

　　國外的鋁板幕墻不斷選用單層鋁板。單層鋁板普通用純鋁板。鋁板厚度為3mm，為了增強(qiáng)鋁板板面強(qiáng)度，在鋁板的反面，必需裝置增強(qiáng)筋(現(xiàn)有的廠家不安)，增強(qiáng)筋用厚的鋁帶做成，先用閃光焊機(jī)把一顆顆螺絲帽焊在鋁板反面然后把作增強(qiáng)筋的鋁條鉆孔套進(jìn)螺絲內(nèi)，用螺絲固定。我國為了減輕鋁板重量，增加鋁板強(qiáng)度，我們采用鋁合金板，常選用21號防銹鋁代號LF21壓成的鋁板作幕墻鋁板。鋁板厚度由原來3mm減少為2.5mm，該合金強(qiáng)度比純鋁板高出一倍左右。增強(qiáng)筋用LF21鋁帶，鋁帶的寬度厚度依據(jù)鋁板板面而定，普通厚2-2.5mm，寬10-25mm。鋁板幕墻的鋁板反面為什么要安增強(qiáng)筋，是在外界正負(fù)壓力的狀況下，鋁板一不會凹陷，二不會鼓出，這樣就防止了鋁板幕墻重復(fù)里外振動而發(fā)出的振動聲音。假如需求隔音保溫，可在鋁板內(nèi)側(cè)，安放巖棉、礦渣棉或發(fā)泡處置。

　　幕墻鋁板外表處置，可分為二種辦法，一種是陽極氧化，另一種是靜電噴涂。陽極氧化的氧化膜普通在12μ以上，顏色只要古銅色和白色兩種，顏色單調(diào)，更為嚴(yán)重的缺陷是每塊鋁板板面的顏色深淺不一，許多塊幕墻板組合在一同構(gòu)成一個幕墻整體效果十分難看。這個缺陷能夠說無法消弭，并非消費技術(shù)形成的，而是由于鋁板并非是由一批號，化學(xué)成份，均有小的差異，再加上氧化時電解槽液電流密度等要素均無法完整一樣，所以氧化后的顏色幾均有差別，單張看可能不明顯，若都排在一同即十分明顯。所以鋁板幕墻的鋁板外表處置，決不能用陽極氧化。

　　幕墻鋁板外表處置的另一種辦法是靜電噴涂。噴涂又分為粉沫噴涂和液體噴涂。粉沫噴涂資料主要為：聚氨酯、聚脹樹脂、環(huán)氧樹脂等原料配以高保色性顏料，可得到幾十種不同顏色的噴涂粉沫。該噴涂粉沫，耐撞碰耐磨擦，在50公斤撞擊下，鋁板變形，噴涂層無裂紋，無掉層完好無損，抗稀酸及砂漿。獨一的缺陷怕紫外線長期映照，幾年后易產(chǎn)生陰陽面顏色的差別。國內(nèi)不少廠家消費的噴涂粉沫，重量差別甚大，有的粉沫含金屑這種粉沫在掛到墻面以后，隨陽光角度變化，白晝和傍晚有變化，墻面顏色深淺有差別，選用粉沫噴涂料希惹起留意。
