鋁卷帶屬于純鋁卷系列其強(qiáng)度相對(duì)比較低，鋁卷具有的延展性、成形性、焊接性和耐腐性；陽(yáng)極氧化后可進(jìn)一步提高耐腐性，鋁卷同時(shí)獲得美觀的表面；但不可熱處理強(qiáng)化。 純鋁卷系列根據(jù)較后兩位阿拉伯?dāng)?shù)字來(lái)確定這個(gè)系列的較低含鋁量，比如1100系列較后兩位阿拉伯?dāng)?shù)字為00，鋁卷 根據(jù)牌號(hào)命名原則，鋁卷含鋁量必須達(dá)到99.00%以上方為合格產(chǎn)品。我國(guó)的鋁合金技術(shù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)(GB/T3880-2006)中也明確規(guī)定1100含鋁量達(dá)到99.0%。

說(shuō)的是較接近鋁密度的鋁卷，該系列鋁板稱為純鋁板，密度為2.71.代表產(chǎn)品為1060，其它幾種材質(zhì)基本上也默認(rèn)為密度為2.71.在該系列產(chǎn)品中鋁含量都超過(guò)99%以上，其中還含有錳、硅等合金，所以密度稍微高于鋁的密度。
