加工強化也稱冷作硬化，就是鋁板在再結(jié)晶溫度以下冷變形加工如鑄造、壓延、拉拔、拉伸等，冷變形時，鋁板內(nèi)部位錯密度增大，且彼此纏結(jié)并構(gòu)成胞狀結(jié)構(gòu)，阻止位錯運動。

在一般鋁板中固溶強化較常用的合金元素是銅、鎂、錳、鋅、硅、鎳等元素。一般鋁板的合金化都構(gòu)成有限的固溶體，如Al-Cu，Al-Mg，Al-Zn，Al-Si，Al-Mn等二元合金均構(gòu)成有限固溶體，而且都有較大的極限溶解度能起較大的固溶強化效果。
Copper, magnesium, manganese, zinc, silicon and nickel are the most commonly used alloying elements in solution strengthening of general aluminium sheets. Generally, the alloying of aluminium sheets constitutes a limited solid solution, such as Al-Cu, Al-Mg, Al-Zn, Al-Si, Al-Mn binary alloys, which constitute a limited solid solution, and have a greater limit solubility to play a greater solid solution strengthening effect.
通過強化的鋁板，其硬度功能都會得到顯著提升，但是其硬度無法一向提升下去；當(dāng)達(dá)到硬度上限的時分，不管何種辦法，都無法繼續(xù)進(jìn)步鋁板的硬度，只能選擇基礎(chǔ)硬度就更高的牌號。
The hardness function of the strengthened aluminium sheet will be significantly improved, but its hardness can not always be improved; when the upper limit of hardness is reached, no matter what method, it can not continue to improve the hardness of the aluminium sheet, only the brand with higher basic hardness can be selected.
