純鋁很軟強(qiáng)度不大，有良好的延展性，可拉成細(xì)絲和軋成箔片，因此成為制作冷庫鋁排的較佳選擇。鋁的表面處理工藝有很多種，其中在鋁排產(chǎn)品上應(yīng)用得較多的主要是：酸洗、噴砂、堿蝕、酸砂等工藝。其中噴砂屬于物理方法工藝，其他則屬于化學(xué)方法工藝。

酸洗工藝是利用酸溶液去除金屬表面上的氧化皮和銹蝕物的方法。采用酸洗耗費(fèi)時(shí)間長(zhǎng)，導(dǎo)致加工成本居高不下。對(duì)厚氧化皮效果不理想，特別是焊接處黑渣基本上除不掉。而且其耐蝕性很難達(dá)到ISO國(guó)家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，因?yàn)槠溆蟹X附著在鋁排表面，且氧化后的氧化孔比較大，容易出現(xiàn)表面處理不均勻情況。

噴砂工藝是采用壓縮空氣為動(dòng)力，以形成高速噴射束將噴料(銅礦砂、石英砂、金剛砂、鐵砂、海南砂)高速噴射到需要處理的工件表面，使工件表面的外表面的外表或形狀發(fā)生變。噴砂處理由于不能對(duì)角落及轉(zhuǎn)折處均勻處理，因此這種工藝使用在鋁排上也有缺陷。

堿蝕工藝是對(duì)鋁材品質(zhì)要求高，只能適用于純鋁錠。由于堿蝕工藝要求高如果堿蝕不好則會(huì)造成鋁材表面出現(xiàn)長(zhǎng)條坑紋、斑點(diǎn)等。如果生產(chǎn)者采用的是再生鋁再加上這種工藝，生產(chǎn)出來的鋁排則會(huì)產(chǎn)生很多有害物質(zhì)，直接產(chǎn)生健康隱患。
